  • Can I return my subscription box?

    Unfortunately, subscription boxes are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Sorry, no exceptions! Any skipped box shipments or cancellations must be made 24 hours before your box is billed.

  • My box is lost in the mail/missing package

    Please contact your local USPS location. They may be able to help you find the package! If not, you can file a claim through their website. Once you send us proof of file claimed with your order number indicated to info@dentalhygienenation.com, we will be able to ship you a new box.
  • My shipping address/billing info changed

  • My tracking hasn't moved/box is delayed

    Occasionally packages get rerouted by the USPS at no fault of the shipper. Please email us at info@dentalhygienenation.com to verify your shipping address on file. If your box comes back Return to Sender, we can reship your box to a valid shipping address.
  • Oh no! My card was declined!

    If your card info has changed and was not able to be processed, you will have 48 hours to update your info using your login info listed above, or risk losing your subscription.
  • When am I billed for my subscription box?

    You are charged at the time of signup and recurring charges will begin every three months after that on the 15th of every 3rd month. (4 times a year) Billing dates are: February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15.
  • When do I receive my subscription box?

    Boxes will ship during the subsequent month of your charge date. Shipping months occur March, June, September, and December.
