Please visit our Returns/Exchanges link to complete the form and indicate which similarly priced item you prefer to replace the out of stock item, or if you prefer a refund instead. Once we receive your completed form, you will be sent a prepaid return label to your email. You can then conveniently package and place the item in the mail. As soon as we receive your item, we will process your exchange or refund.
