My item arrived damaged/defective

We replace all defective and/or damaged items! Please email us at info@dentalhygienenation.com to make us aware and include a photo of the damage/defect for our records. As soon as we receive the photo, we can ship you a replacement of the item unless you prefer a refund. Either way, you can keep the damaged item, and make us aware whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
